Job Summary
Clean and disinfect assigned guestrooms, including bathrooms; dust furniture; vacuum carpets and rugs; make beds; and mop floors. Restock towels and amenities while ensuring guest room confidentiality and security. Report maintenance problems and handle guest requests or complaints. Use correct cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations and maintain equipment knowledge. Comply with safety policies, wear required PPE, and log lost and found articles. May work evenings, weekends, and overtime. Located on historic Public Square in downtown Cleveland.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Housekeeping experience helpful
