Housekeeper

Respond to guest requests and department needs; stock and transport supplies, enter guest rooms following procedures to gain access and confirm vacancy; replace guest amenities and linens, make beds, fold towels, clean bathrooms, remove trash and room-service items; inspect room appliances for presence and operability, straighten furniture and surfaces, dust and polish, vacuum carpets, and perform floor care in guest rooms and hallways. Adhere to company safety and security policies, report hazards, complete safety training, and store flammable materials properly. Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance, welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, thank guests, and communicate clearly. Support team goals, adhere to quality standards, and move objects up to 25 pounds alone or heavier items with assistance; push/pull cleaning carts and equipment over varied surfaces; reach overhead and perform bending, twisting, and stooping; stand for extended periods and handle objects with varying sizes. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
