Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including flipping mattresses, vacuuming, spot cleaning carpets, dusting, and performing minor repairs like tightening toilet seats or changing light bulbs. Perform general cleaning of all guestroom surfaces such as tubs, walls, and hard floors, while ensuring all hardware and appliances are present and functional. Report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager or supervisor. Follow all company safety policies, complete required training, and maintain professional appearance. Reach overhead and below the knees, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periods. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
