Job Summary
Deliver guest requests, stock carts, and clean rooms and public spaces to maintain the hotel's appearance and cleanliness. Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while upholding quality standards. Work on your feet moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications throughout your shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
- Must be able to move about their space and do what needs to be done
- Must be able to deliver guest requests
- Must be able to stock carts
- Must be able to clean rooms and public spaces
- Must be able to perform other similar responsibilities
- Must be able to ensure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience
- Must be able to ensure a safe work place
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to uphold quality standards
- Must be able to ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
