Respond promptly to guest and department requests by filling supply carts and entering rooms to replace amenities, linens, and dirty items. Make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash, check appliances, and dust or polish walls and furniture. Vacuum carpets, perform floor care, and maintain professional appearance while adhering to safety policies. Report maintenance problems, hazards, or injuries immediately. Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or with assistance, and push or pull loaded carts over uneven surfaces. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended shifts while performing other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
