Enter guest rooms following access procedures to replace amenities, swap dirty linens for clean items, make beds, and clean bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items while checking that all appliances are present and functional. Straighten desks, dust, polish surfaces, and vacuum carpets or perform other floor care duties. Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or with assistance, and push or pull loaded carts over sloping, uneven surfaces. Maintain professional appearance, ensure uniform cleanliness, and report maintenance problems or safety hazards. Follow all company policies, complete required safety training, and adhere to quality standards.
