Job Summary
Clean residents' homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms, maintain community cleanliness using specialized equipment, and service public bathrooms, lobbies, classrooms, and common areas. Operate carpet care, hard floor, and trash removal equipment safely while managing vehicle operations. Perform tasks including vacuuming, dusting, de-cluttering, spot cleaning walls and windows, and maintaining HVAC vents. Assist with trash collection, bagging, and disposal, and replace liners. Work independently and as a team member within a gated retirement community in Catonsville, Maryland, earning $17–$20 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting
- Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment
- Ability to safely operate hard floor care equipment
- Ability to safely operate trash removal equipment
- Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles
- Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each other
Desired Qualifications
