Job Summary
Clean leasing offices, clubhouses, restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant units while inspecting common areas for cleanliness. Assist with make-ready tasks and manage cleaning supply inventory. Complete documentation accurately and on time, following safety protocols to report hazards or incidents. Build rapport with residents and respond respectfully to their needs. Perform additional tasks as assigned and support the maintenance team in upkeep, repairs, and turnovers. This full-time role in Carlsbad, CA offers a pay range of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in housekeeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass employment verification
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
