Housekeeper

Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary and tidy environment for all of the property units assigned. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning carpets and upholstery, dusting, polishing furniture and fittings, making up model beds, operating mechanized cleaning equipment, and ensuring areas are safe and presentable. Maintains cleaning equipment and materials, reports unsafe conditions, adheres to safety standards and PPE protocols, and collaborates with team members and residents to meet defined goals. Requires a High School diploma or GED and one year of housekeeping experience. May involve occasional travel between properties.
