Housekeeper

Housekeeper at a senior living community responsible for a range of housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean, sanitary environment. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of common areas, rooms, bathrooms, and offices; dusting, vacuuming, mopping; deep cleaning resident rooms; maintaining safety and order; interacting with residents, families, and staff with empathy and respect; following HIPAA regulations; supporting nursing staff as needed; and complying with attendance and dress code policies. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in required trainings. Education requirement: high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience. This role is identified as essential personnel during emergencies and/or inclement weather.
