Housekeeper

Housekeeper needed at SRIM community to perform housekeeping and laundry duties under supervision, maintain clean and sanitary common areas and resident rooms, assist with dining service, and support a dignified, caring atmosphere for residents, families, visitors, and associates. Responsibilities include daily cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping), deep cleaning of resident rooms, cleaning administrative offices, sanitizing bathrooms, carpet and floor care, safe work practices, reporting hazards, HIPAA compliance, and collaborating with nursing staff as needed. Requires good communication, empathy toward residents, and adherence to policy; high school diploma or GED and related experience or training preferred. Local to Gulf Shores, AL area.
