Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing). Clean and disinfect bathrooms, empty trash, launder linens, follow community cleaning schedules and safety protocols, and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervision. Build positive relationships with residents through friendly, respectful interactions while protecting privacy. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and infection-control practices is expected. The role requires attention to detail and a professional demeanor. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting (hotels) is required.
