Housekeeper/Cleaner

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim while sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms. Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture; dusts equipment; polishes metalwork; washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. Empties wastebaskets and ashtrays, transports trash to disposal, replenishes bathroom supplies, replaces light bulbs, delivers messages, and sets up tables and chairs in meeting rooms or auditoriums. May use a personal cell phone for quality assurance and timekeeping applications. No prior experience required; bilingual ability and basic computer skills preferred.
