Housekeeper/Cleaner

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, and metalwork while sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors. Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture; dusts equipment; washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and door panels. Empties wastebaskets, transports trash to disposal, replenishes bathroom supplies, replaces light bulbs, and delivers messages. Sets up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, auditoriums, or halls. May use a personal cell phone for quality assurance and timekeeping applications. Requires bilingual language ability and basic computer skills.
