Job Summary
Apartment Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas; performs general cleaning in apartments, hallways and common areas; prepares apartments for move-in; participates in annual cleaning schedules; uses cleaning chemicals safely; informs supervisor of resident issues; keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums in good working order; participates in energy awareness program; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (apartments, hotels, or commercial cleaning preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Bilingual preferred but not required
