Job Summary
Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment. Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated hours while collaborating with team members to meet daily targets and operational goals. Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards when using specialized cleaning equipment and products. Build strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to foster a positive, respectful work environment. Prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain good physical fitness for repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Work rotating shifts across Monday to Sunday, with rates varying from $33.85 to $47.39 per hour depending on the day.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
