Housekeeper

Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevator cabs, and all interior common areas daily. Mop, vacuum, sweep, and scrub floors; wipe down high-touch surfaces; and remove trash from common spaces. Maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and amenity spaces by sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, and ensuring restrooms remain clean and odor-free. Clean laundry rooms, vending areas, and package rooms on a regular schedule. Report damaged equipment or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with cleaning vacant or model units as requested. Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify the supervisor when stock is low. Follow established cleaning schedules, checklists, and OSHA safety standards while representing the community professionally. Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
