Job Summary
Conduct thorough cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and trash removal in resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices. Collect, launder, fold, sort, and distribute soiled linens while reporting supply and equipment needs to the Supervisor. Coordinate with maintenance staff to report and address necessary repairs observed during the workday. Ensure effective communication with residents' families regarding physical, personal, and emotional wellbeing. Work well with others, take direction from management, and engage in conflict intervention and resolution as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds independently, and up to 200 pounds with assistance
- Required to communicate effectively and identify/interpret written information
- Required to follow all infection prevention and control protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Required to complete a background check and drug screening
- Required to participate in required health assessments (such as TB testing or physical evaluations)
- Required to use designated personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company policy and applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Housekeeping experience
- CPR or BLS certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and any HR-related systems as applicable
