Job Summary
Housekeeper for Koelsch Communities in Fresno, CA. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned resident apartments and common areas, polishing and disinfecting surfaces, cleaning windows/walls/ceilings, mopping and vacuuming, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, full-cycle laundry for residential and commercial needs, trash/disposal, handling cleaning chemicals safely, moving furniture as needed, and maintaining cleanliness of laundry areas and carts. Must read/write English, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, maintain professional appearance, and pass drug screening and background checks. Part-time shifts include weekends with a 7:30 AM–2:00 PM schedule; benefits and opportunities for growth offered. On-site role with uniform requirements and safety expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Prior experience in a housekeeping and laundry position is a plus
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
