Job Summary
Perform routine and deep cleaning of community facilities, including common areas, restrooms, and shared spaces, ensuring consistent adherence to cleanliness standards. Maintain organization and sanitation of assigned areas, identifying and addressing cleaning needs proactively while safely operating cleaning equipment and using appropriate agents. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance or repair needs to leadership. Provide courteous interactions with residents, guests, and team members while managing assigned tasks independently. Work 8am-4pm weekend schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 8am-4pm weekend schedule
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or related cleaning experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and consistent work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift
- Primarily onsite in indoor and outdoor community spaces; may include exposure to varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- Use of gloves and other protective equipment as required when handling cleaning supplies and materials
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment and use mobile devices or basic reporting tools as needed
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in residential communities, hospitality, or similar environments
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and products
