Job Summary
Housekeeper at SRIM community: perform housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean, sanitary environment for residents and associates. Follow cleaning schedules, complete dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep-cleaning of rooms and offices; sanitize bathrooms; maintain safe, orderly spaces; provide empathetic, respectful interactions with residents, families, and visitors; communicate effectively in a language residents understand; observe safety protocols and HIPAA compliance; report hazards; support nursing staff with hands-on assistance as needed; participate in trainings and meetings; adhere to dress code and attendance policies; and remain available as essential personnel during emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
