Job Summary
Clean and sanitize clubhouse interiors, guest accommodations, and event spaces, including stripping beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities. Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures on a routine schedule. Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and towels according to established procedures. Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste, and inspect rooms for damage or maintenance needs. Report concerns to supervisors and ensure all areas are guest-ready before release. Work collaboratively with other departments while following all safety guidelines and policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, especially in hospitality or resort environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
