Job Summary
Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner per established procedures and as directed by the supervisor. Provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas while following a cleaning schedule and instructions. Submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions within the community. Adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers while working within a team environment.
