Housekeeper

Housekeeper responsible for cleaning guest rooms to brand standards and maintaining public areas, delivering friendly customer service, and handling safety and upkeep tasks. Duties include preparing rooms (linens, trash removal, dusting, amenities), maintaining cleanliness of public spaces, responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance and safety concerns, handling lost and found, keeping equipment and storage areas organized, and following safety and company policies. Requires strong customer service, communication, time management, independence, attention to detail, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
