Clean, stock, and maintain guest rooms according to brand standards, including making beds, restocking amenities, and disinfecting bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items, then ensure soiled linens are laundered and folded. Transport cleaning carts to floors, check inventory, and notify maintenance for repairs. Respond promptly to guest requests and conduct final walk-arounds to verify standards. Knock before entering rooms, ensure privacy, and take found items to the lost and found area.
