Job Summary
Independent Contractor Housekeeper needed in Buena Vista, CO to perform full departure cleans for short-term rental properties, following the Renjoy departure clean checklist. Responsibilities include cleaning and turnover, laundering and staging linens, restocking supplies, resetting furniture/amenities, and ensuring property security. Maintain quality through self-inspection and photography of any issues via SuiteOp, report damages or missing items promptly, and communicate scheduling or supply needs with the Head of Homes BV. Manage supplies and adhere to Renjoy-approved products, coordinate with BV storage for supplies, and meet property cleanliness standards in a remote-market setting. Compensation is piece-rate per clean with weekly direct deposit; start ASAP.
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial cleaning experience (2 years preferred)
- Independent Contractor eligibility
- In-person availability in Buena Vista, CO
- Attention to detail
