Job Summary
Cleans public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas. Washes windows at reasonable heights, disinfects and sterilizes equipment, stocks cleaning carts, empties wastebaskets, and transports trash to disposal areas. Ensures trash and dumpster areas remain clean with maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned. No experience necessary; able to read instructions, work various schedules including weekends, and maintain clean, orderly utility and storage rooms.
