Job Summary
Conduct detailed housekeeping routines in residents' apartments and maintain a high level of cleanliness in common areas. Replenish communal supplies, manage cleaning product stock, and organize laundry and cleaner's cupboard areas. Report any concerns, unusual behavior, or damage to management while developing warm relationships with residents. Perform activities adhering to Health & Safety policies and provide outstanding customer service. Work independently and as part of a team to foster community within this new estate opening in September.
