Job Summary
Perform detailed housekeeping routines in residents' apartments and maintain high cleanliness in common areas. Develop warm relationships with older adults, replenish communal supplies, and report concerns, unusual behavior, or damage to management. Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to Health & Safety policies. Work independently and as part of a team to foster a sense of community and enhance residents' well-being. This role supports the mission of Birchgrove, an innovative build-to-rent operator exclusively for the over 65s, where you will contribute to meaningful projects impacting the community.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role
- Excellent time management skills
