Job Summary
Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence reflecting the quality of care provided to residents. Follow the housekeeping schedule and provide assistance for emergency cleaning tasks while prioritizing all maintenance work timely. Ensure the housekeeping cart remains clean, stocked, and organized. Follow the "10-Step Weekly Apartment Cleaning" Process when cleaning resident apartments and adhere to chemical and physical plant safety procedures. Assist the maintenance coordinator with inventory and ordering of cleaning chemicals. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, CPR and First Aid certifications, and strong organizational skills. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match benefits starting the month after 30 days of employment.
