Housekeeper

Housekeeper responsible for cleaning residents’ apartments and common areas, sanitizing, restocking supplies, deep cleaning, carpet shampooing, washing windows, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Performs tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing baths and toilets, stocking toilet tissue and paper towels, and preparing apartments for move-in. Follows infection control and safety procedures, maintains equipment and supplies, communicates supply needs to supervisors, and supports dining services by assisting with meal-room cleanliness and resident requests. Must demonstrate interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a compassionate, service-oriented attitude toward residents, families, visitors, and staff. Education/experience includes a high school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently; ability to work independently and follow cleaning directions and MSDS guidelines.
