Housekeeper

Housekeeper position responsible for cleaning residents’ apartments and common areas, including trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing baths and toilets, carpet and furniture care, windows and screens, restocking supplies, and deep cleans as assigned. Maintains equipment and supplies, follows infection control and safety procedures, prepares move-in apartments, responds to residents’ cleaning needs promptly and respectfully, preserves resident confidentiality, and maintains a professional appearance and customer-service focus. Requires ability to read directions on cleaning solutions, knowledge of housekeeping procedures, independent prioritization, and the physical ability to perform tasks including heavy lifting up to 100 pounds. Preferred HS diploma or equivalent; experience in healthcare or hospitality housekeeping is a plus. Working environment may involve memory-impaired residents and must adhere to safety policies; applications accepted ongoing until filled.
