Housekeeper

Maintain a clean laundry room, store chemicals per instructions, and launder towels, bed linens, and resident personal laundry. Thoroughly clean all assigned resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas like elevators and lobbies. Vacuum exposed areas, empty wastebaskets, dust flat surfaces, and wash windows as needed. Wash and dry all laundry, fold linens, and return items to appropriate locations. Maintain housekeeping and laundry carts, advise supervisor when supplies diminish, and check vacant units per schedule. Work indoors or outdoors in extreme heat or cold, lifting objects up to 100 lbs with mechanical assist for heavier items, while performing transfers and mobility assistance for residents.
