Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas; ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in compliance with regulations; support the Maintenance Director and Executive Director in meeting cleanliness standards; communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors; contribute to a positive, welcoming community atmosphere; perform daily housekeeping duties and uphold department standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; must complete required state training
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred, ideally in Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Supportive Living
- Experience working with seniors strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must meet health requirements and pass background checks
