Job Summary
Maintain the community interior and resident apartments in a clean, sanitary, and courteous manner by vacuuming, dusting, and deep cleaning common areas, hallways, and individual units. Perform laundry duties, change linens, defrost refrigerators, and empty waste baskets while adhering to sanitation and safety procedures. Serve residents and guests by greeting them, reviewing menus, taking orders, and delivering meals and beverages from carts. Bus tables, clear dishes, reset for subsequent meals, and replenish coffee and cream supplies. Complete additional side work as assigned. Full-time employment with a salary range of $16.00 to $19.20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
- Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
