Job Summary
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties in apartments, common areas, and amenities. Clean public restrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing floors, dusting furniture, and polishing metalwork. Perform laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens, while changing beds and maintaining laundry areas. Disinfect equipment, stock cleaning carts, empty wastebaskets, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs or unsafe conditions. Report resident health or living status changes promptly. Work various schedules and shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs
- Able to operate cleaning equipment such as, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc
- Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
