Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of residential apartments and facility common areas by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and carpets. Perform general housekeeping tasks in guest rooms, laundries, and activity zones while adhering to sanitation and safety procedures. Keep linens and cleaning supplies stocked and communicate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to complete assigned duties. Respect personal property and space while working as a team to ensure resident enjoyment. Full-time Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and flexible shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, with rotating weekends. Flexible shifts available
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to professionally interact with residents, coworkers, and housekeeping team members
- Organization and time-management skills
