Housekeeper- Atherton, CA (Overnight Schedule)

Job Summary
Conduct detailed nightly cleaning of all interior living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and staff areas. Complete evening resets to ensure rooms are immaculate and prepared for the following day, while providing turndown service and refreshing guest suites. Manage laundry, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care; organize closets, pantries, and storage areas. Monitor household inventories for linens, toiletries, and supplies, and perform regular walkthroughs to address maintenance issues. Coordinate discreetly with daytime staff to ensure seamless operations. Travel occasionally to other properties as needed. Schedule runs 9 PM to 5 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper in a private residence or ultra-luxury hospitality environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Experience with fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, luxury linens, and wardrobe care
- Highly organized, efficient, and proactive
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
- Must be available for overnight schedule (9 PM to 5 AM)
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to other properties
Desired Qualifications
- Background in ultra-luxury private service or five-star hospitality
- Strong preference for candidates with five-star hotel, resort, or European-style service backgrounds
