Housekeeper / Apartment Cleaner

Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas by performing general cleaning assignments, preparing units for move-in, and participating in annual cleaning schedules. Utilize cleaning chemicals safely per department guidelines, keep carts and vacuums in good working order, and inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns. Adhere to energy awareness program protocols while performing other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with previous housekeeping or janitorial experience. Bilingual preferred.
