Job Summary
Conduct personal care and hygiene assistance, manage light housekeeping, and support clients with mobility, ambulation, and exercise goals. Prompt medication adherence, collaborate on meal planning and grocery shopping, and assist with doctor visits or walks. Act quickly during medical emergencies by reporting health changes and adhering to safety standards. Maintain flexibility for part-time, 8-to-12-hour shifts or PRN work across Sweetwater, Roscoe, Trent, and other Big Country locations. Hold a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and First Aid training to serve clients with dignity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response
