Housekeeper

Ensure the highest quality of customer service for residents by maintaining the facility and apartments in a clean, sanitary manner. Clean resident apartments through vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, trash removal, and linen service, while also handling personal laundry where applicable. Monitor public restrooms for cleanliness and supplies, transport waste to disposal, and maintain the entire building's cleanliness. Report areas needing repair to the Assistant Director and ensure regulatory compliance. Engage in prospective resident visits and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Executive Director.
