Job Summary
Conduct daily guest room cleaning, restock supply carts, and replace linens while adhering to safety and brand standards. Perform deep cleaning tasks including AC filter changes, wall touch-ups, and furniture disassembly when assigned. Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms and maintain high personal grooming standards with proper uniform and name tag. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality regulations to ensure efficient operations. Maintain regular attendance according to hotel scheduling needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
