Job Summary
Stock guest rooms, hallways, and public areas daily in accordance with hotel procedures, replenishing supplies and replacing linens while following safety standards. Conduct deep cleaning activities and perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned. Remove trash and dirty linen, then approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner. Maintain high personal grooming standards and regular attendance per Aimbridge Hospitality scheduling requirements. Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor. This role supports the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas, which features 300 rooms and a Topgolf Swing Suite within the Campbell Center office complex.
