Job Summary
Stock the housekeeping cart with supplies, replace bed linens, and restock guest room amenities while maintaining clean hallways and public areas. Perform daily room cleaning and conduct deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, touching up paint, and rehanging doors as needed. Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms, ensuring all pre-cleaning duties are completed per shift requirements. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality safety and brand standards. Maintain high personal grooming standards and comply with scheduling needs that vary according to hotel operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
