Job Summary
Conduct daily guest room cleaning, restock supply carts, and replace linens while adhering to hotel safety and security procedures. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, touching up paint, and rehang doors as assigned. Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms, ensuring all pre-cleaning duties including cart setup are completed. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while maintaining high personal grooming standards and proper uniform. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient operations. Maintain regular attendance according to the hotel's varying schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
