Job Summary
Stock the housekeeping cart with supplies, replace bed linens, and replenish guest room amenities while cleaning hallways, public areas, and guest rooms daily. Perform deep cleaning tasks including changing AC filters, cleaning coils, touching up paint, and disassembling furniture as needed. Remove trash and dirty linens, then restock rooms according to shift requirements and hotel procedures. Maintain high personal grooming standards, greet guests and staff with a friendly service-oriented approach, and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations. Work in a high-pressure environment with rotating schedules based on hotel needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
