Job Summary
Stock the housekeeping cart with room supplies and replace bed linens while thoroughly cleaning and restocking the required number of guest rooms per shift. Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms, then perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, and repainting walls or molding as assigned. Maintain high grooming standards and approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations at all times. Work flexible shifts based on hotel needs, adhering to strict attendance standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
