Job Summary
Clean and restock guest rooms, hallways, and public areas daily while replacing linens and replenishing supplies per hotel standards. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, touching up paint, and disassembling furniture as assigned. Remove trash and dirty linens, complete pre-cleaning duties for the housekeeping cart, and maintain high personal grooming standards. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while complying with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations. Maintain regular attendance according to shifting hotel needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
