Job Summary
Stock guest room carts with supplies, replace linens, and thoroughly clean assigned rooms per shift. Remove trash and dirty linens, then perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, repainting walls, and reattaching doors. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while maintaining high personal grooming standards. Complete pre-cleaning duties including cart set-up and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations. Work varying schedules to meet hotel needs, performing other assigned tasks as directed by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
