Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with hotel procedures. Restock carts with supplies, replace bed linens, and remove trash and dirty linens from rooms. Perform deep cleaning activities including disassembling furniture, changing AC filters, and touching up paint or scratched furniture as assigned. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner while maintaining proper uniform and grooming. Complete pre-cleaning duties and other tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager. Maintain regular attendance and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards for safe and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
